So let me get this straight.  Walmart becomes the first corporation to publicly acknowledge in it’s Annual Report to stockholders that profits were not where they expected them to be because the Feds reduced SNAP benefits on average for a family of four by about $36 a month.  If this is how the economy is actually working, wouldn’t it just be easier and more efficient for the feds to write a check to Walmart directly?  I mean really???!!!
